Cannot use propeller source on xilinx spartan 3 fpga boards

I really like the propeller and have code I am using, but am moving over to a xilinx spartan FPGA board. Unfortunately, the source for the propeller in in System Verilog, which is not supported in ISE. I would use Vivado as my development environment, but I don't think it supports the spartan. I have tried translating it to verilog, but I do not know verilog really. I know VHDL. Is there any existing translation of the propeller source to verilog or VHDL? If not it will be easier for me to use a different processor, which I really do not want to do.
